Productivity is a combination of intelligent planning and focused activities, being productive at work or at home is a real challenge. Whenever the day is over and you are not content with what you achieved, you ask yourself the question on how to raise your productivity, and the truth is that it can be achieved through continuous, and here are a few actions to help you 


1. Ask for help / Delegate your duties

Everyone needs help and no one should ever undergo hard tasks by themselves, one of the best ways to ask for help is trusting that someone can actually help you. In order to ask for help you must have trust in your colleagues’ skills and abilities so that they can perform their tasks successfully. Make sure to offer your colleagues all the necessary sources for the maximal effectiveness.


2. Do not get stuck in useless meetings

Time is the most valuable thing for a businessman or businesswoman, whenever you need to meet someone for profitable business actions, your time is on point and knowing when to refuse meeting someone is a trait that a business person must have.


3. Create a “to-do-list”

Life has reserved us hard tasks and easy tasks, it is recommended that someone must start off his/her mission with the easy tasks before battling the hard tasks, and a recommended way is using the so called “To-Do-List”. Today there are many applications that help you do this, the most famous is Google Tasks, which can be synchronized with Gmail and Google Calendar.


4. Rest.

If you spend 8-10 hours at your office without moving, you will start to feel fatigue, and you must remember that productivity is not valued on how many hours you work, Productivity is graded on how far you can go without damaging your health, Remember, Health is First!


5. Avoid Distractions.

Many people use Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and other social media platforms, my advice…Log Off! Many studies show that distractions are dangerous for professionals and that might endanger your career. And it also consumes your time, plan ahead!
