  1. Sleep well two days before the interview

 

This is a very important element. If you have problems with sleep one day before the interview, because of stress, you should do physical activities to tire your body, and to have a nice sleep.

 

  1. Arrive earlier – but not too earlier

 

 

The haste, the fear that you will be late, it gives everybody stress. Make a scheme on how you will be going to your interview, one day before. Preferably, be there 30 minutes before the interview. But don’t enter the building without 10 minutes left till the time of the interview. The long wait may affect in overload and stress.

 

  1. Eat lightly – quality food

 

Eat less sugary foods and more dietary fiber foods. Don’t fill your stomach completely and avoid the burping.

 

  1. Schedule your interview in the morning

 

Leave the stressful things earlier. This reduces the time for negative thoughts that affect your stress.

 

  1. Be over prepared

Inform yourself what kind of questions will be asked in the interview and know how to present your conditions with determination and confidence.
